Preparation Method:
The preparation method of 6-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)quinoline mainly includes the following steps:
1. Reaction of 4,4,5,5-tetramethyl -1,3, 2-dioxoborane tricyclohexane and 6-bromoquinoline to obtain 4,4,5,5-tetramethyl -1,3, 2-dioxoborane tricyclohexan-6-yl-quinoline.
2. The above product was reduced using sodium hydroxide in methanol to obtain the desired 6-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)quinoline.
